Bio
LiloVeve is conceptualized by Caroline Glemann.
Caroline Glemann is a Brooklyn-based, self taught artisan with over twelve years of experience in hand crafted jewelry.
Her educational background is in fine arts and classical music, providing her with a creative foundation for approaching jewelry making as a medium for design. Her teaching experience includes workshops at the 92nd Street Y in Manhattan, and at the Arts Workshop Program at the Newark Museum in New Jersey.
In 2000 Caroline co-founded and directed a school for jewelry arts and fabrication which offers classes, workshops and seminars to aspiring designers in Brooklyn called Studio174.
Caroline's unique works are featured in a number of NYC boutiques, galleries and private collections. Commercial endeavors range from style lines for fashion markets, design of components and findings for production, and as design consultant for fashion jewelry brands. In addition, Caroline has received notable media recognition including New York Magazine's Best of New York 2007 - Best Engagement Ring.
Caroline is especially known for her engagement and wedding band collections, and for one-of-a kind commissioned works. She directs the entire jewelry creation cycle for the client from sourcing a gemstone to handcrafting a unique and beautiful ring to commemorate this special lifetime occasion.
Caroline is available by appointment for those wishing to commission a design or to peruse her current collection.
