Pendant
This pendant design originated from a special commission for a wedding by a close friend, and I was inspired by her love for her art, her attention to detail, and for her appreciation of nature.
I believe all those aspects came through in the design.
This piece features approximately 1.04 carats of 2 and 3 point diamonds set in a delicate branching motif.
This pendant was fabricated in metal, using a saw and drill to cut and pierce the design, and shaped with a miniature set of hand files. A mold was taken from the original to create a casting in platinum.
The pendant measures about 30 centimeters square and provides a lot of sparkle.
